This July Combine member, Phillip Shung joined the boys trip to Alaska to help document and experience life outdoors in McCarthy St Elias/Kennicott. The group arrived only a week after motivational speaker, Carlos Whittaker joined the leadership group for an authentic Alaska experience and raised in a single day helped raise the group over $250k. What an accomplishment!! Special shout out to Carlos for believing in an incredible program.
This year’s Bk2Ak groups experienced incredible views, ice climbing, physical challenges, bonding, and building lifelong friendships. The boys completed their 2-week trip then 1-week later the girls followed up with their Alaskan expedition.
